The Company was formed in 1996 as a sole-proprietorship and incorporated in 2002, during which time the organization has developed a network of affiliations with some of the most reputable vendors and support providers in the industry.

While our service hours may be traditional (9am to 5pm Monday thru Friday) you can call a person during those hours and expect a timely answer to your questions, unlike some of the big boxes who only provide FAQ and Email support.

Try talking to a representative a GoDaddy, Yahoo, Google, HotMail … we know how hard that can be because we have worked with customers who use these services.

We have been helping a couple hundred or more small business establish an internet presence since 1995, years before Google and Facebook became house-hold names. We also manage a network of business information websites to help promote our customers and continue to provide solutions that you, the business owner can trust.

› Register A Domain Name: Gear It Up Communications is a BulkRegister Premium Member, BulkRegister is an Enom.com company. We can register and maintain your domain name via this Icann Accredited Registrar. Gear It Up Communications has been doing business with this organziation for over 12 years and as a Premium Member has immediate access to their team of Customer Service and Technical Support specialists.

› Gear It Up Communications: offers two website hosting packages, one for businesses and one for organizations. The For-Profit Business website hosting package is $240 per year and the Non-Profit Organization website hosting package is $185 per year.

› Terms: Payment for domain name renewal and hosting are due in full within 10 days of the date appearing on the invoice. If payment in full is not received within 30 days, the website will be re-directed until payment in full is received. (see full text of terms and conditions).

› Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation of your hosting and/or domain name with Gear It Up Communications needs to be done in writing, 30 days prior to the renewal date. There are no refunds for all or part of your domain name renewal and hosting services fees if you transfer your website domain name to another registrar or hosting to another website hosting provider after payment is received.
